Day Five of Colon Cleansing

OUCH! I had KFC's mash and gravy last night because I was so hungry and I suffered on the machine today. It was quite painful and so I was glad when it was all over.

I can't wait to have a huge plate of veggies tonight for supper.

and

I can fit into my Size 10 jeans!!! I suppose thats one benefit.

Its all over and done with. Yippeeeeeeeeeeeee!!

Day Four on Colon Cleansing

Today's treatment was good.  Very successful.

BUT!!!

I just couldn't anymore and I ate a yoghurt snacker bar this morning - I was sooo hungry!!! 

I was on the way to training after my colon treatment at 8am and I knew I wouldn't be able to take any of my supplements or cleansing drinks until I got back to the office so I just HAD to have something.  One snacker bar won't kill me and I've already resigned myself to the fact that I'll suffer tomorrow because of it.

One more day to go!!!!

I despise it more and more each year!!

The poor pets in the neighbourhood go absolutely mogging and the kids are frightenened by it all too.

What the hell is the point exactly?

Hey! I have no problem with firework displays in a controlled and organised environment - far away from pets and kids delicate and sensitive ears but why do people still insist in setting off stupid fireworks in their back gardens or in the streets of residential areas???

WTF is the kick???

Its seems like its not only Guy Fawkes but New Years Eve, Christmas and any frikken occassion as an excuse to set off fireworks in our area.

I just don't see the point...perhaps I'm missing it entirely???

I wish I could do something to those who set off fireworks in our area...isn't it illegal??
