As most of you lovely Plonkers will know that I went on The Dukan Diet in January 2012. I lost a total of 13kg (nearly two stone) in approximately three months.
Feel free to ask any questions, share advice or leave a comment regarding the Dukan Diet. I love to encourage and share knowledge about this awesome eating plan.
I am currently doing Round Two of the Dukan Diet as I let myself slip in the second half of 2013. I only have myself to blame. So, from 2 January 2014, I have climbed back on the bus and will show my results as soon as I can see them. I know it works, I know I can do it.
