My Dukan Diet Results.

I think pictures speak better when it comes to results.

As most of you lovely Plonkers will know, I went on The Dukan Diet for the first time in January 2012.  I lost a total of 13kg (nearly two stone) in approximately three months.  

This is my place where I share my progress and my recipes with you other Dukaners out there.

Feel free to ask any questions, share advice or leave a comment regarding the Dukan Diet.  I love to encourage and share knowledge about this awesome eating plan. 

I have lost a total of 8.2kg so far on my Second Round of Dukan, this year 2015.

Low fat, no sugar eating plan. No weighing or measuring foods. 3 stage plan which is easy to stick to if you prepare!
