As most of you lovely Plonkers will know, I went on The Dukan Diet for the first time in January 2012. I lost a total of 13kg (nearly two stone) in approximately three months.
Feel free to ask any questions, share advice or leave a comment regarding the Dukan Diet. I love to encourage and share knowledge about this awesome eating plan.
I have lost a total of 8.2kg so far on my Second Round of Dukan, this year 2015.
