Day Five of Colon Cleansing

OUCH! I had KFC's mash and gravy last night because I was so hungry and I suffered on the machine today. It was quite painful and so I was glad when it was all over.

I can't wait to have a huge plate of veggies tonight for supper.

and

I can fit into my Size 10 jeans!!! I suppose thats one benefit.

Its all over and done with. Yippeeeeeeeeeeeee!!
