Day Three of Colon Treatment

Today's a rough day.

Feeling weak,flushed and drained.

My treatment was at 11am instead of first thing in the day (normally 8am) and it was a rough one. Lots of waste and a lot of cramping and feeling uncomfortable with it all.

Still drinking tons of water and no food. I asked Riaan last night if he'll take me out for a nice meal maybe on Sunday or so...after all this I know I need to watch what I eat but it will be just nice to eat something again.

Still very nauseas from all the supplements on an empty stomach and I'm counting the hours until its all over now.

I'm starving!!!
