Today Post : Tell us about your birth marks, scars tattoos, piercings.

I have had most of my birth marks removed.

I had a nasty mole on my face, which I had removed a couple of years ago and I did blog about it.  

I always worried about it and finally had it removed when I knew it was getting bigger.

Tongue Piercing

I love body art and I have six tattoos. 

A friendship tattoo on my shoulder blade (my bestie has an identical one), a spider on my foot, a Chinese symbol on my neck, my girls' names on my wrists and a garden half-sleeve in progress.  


I also have a tongue piercing, which I remove from time-to-time, as my mood changes and plenty scars.

Most of you know I love tats.  There is nothing sexier than a well designed, well placed ink on yer body.  I have five tats now and love all of them.  They all mean something special to me. 

So do Bloggers get ink'd?  Show me yours!

Friendship Tattoos

My BFF (I fucking heart you, Mandy) and I went to get ink'd recently.  We got matching Friendship Butterfly tattoos on our left shoulders. We're so happy with the outcome.  
Aren't we just so bad ass?

New Tattoo

My best friend, Mandy and I got matching friendship tattoos yesterday. A permanet symbol of our friendship of nearly 10 years now.


I know Mandy has been wanting to get one done for ages, so I treated her to an early birthday present and we each got the same tattoo on the same place on our body. Our left shoulder blade.

Fooling Around

Here's Megan fooling around at swimming while the other kids work hard. She's doing so well at Learn To Swim. She can do crawl, backstroke (her all-time best and favourite) as well as breast-stroke (Froggie Swim). We are still working on Butterfly. Its very tricky to get that bum-wiggle just right.

Teacher Marinda is now training them with flippers so that they can get the leg-kick just right - small splashes with straight legs. Megan loves her new bright yellow flippers.

Megan is preparing for her exams on the 1 November 2007. So keep her in mind and send some karma her way to wish her luck. Her teacher says she is a natural and has nothing to worry about.
