If you do, we challenge you to stop what you’re doing right now and write down the top 5 lust triggers that tickle your fanny...erm I mean fancy..

Then, when you have some quiet time, write down your answers to the following questions. Keep it positive rather than negative:

2. Where is your number one place to have sex?
 

3. What’s your favourite time of day for sex?
 

4. What for you is the best part of foreplay?
 

5. What is your preferred sex act?
 

6. What is your hottest sexual fantasy?
 

7. What part of your body do you love being kissed the most?
 

8. What sex act or technique would you like more of?
 

9. What do you love your partner doing to you?
 

10. What sex position feels absolutely fabulous for you?

Now here’s the next challenge. Give the same list of questions to your partner and ask him or her to write down the answers as well. At the end of the day during some quite down time and possibly over a bottle of wine, read out your responses to each other.

Some of the responses will really surprise the both of you.

Now that you’re armed with some very interesting and sexy information about your lover, the next challenge is to be open minded and give him or her more of what they love...and become a more awesome lover.
