2013 Discovery 702 Walk The Talk

This years Discovery 702 Walk the Talk was great! 

A well-organised event with an atmosphere that was Proudly South African and buzzing every step of the way.  We did the 8km walk this year and I got burnt to a crisp.  My sister and her clan going us this year so it was a fun family event.  

Next year my hubby and Kaylin will join us.  We want to socialise our dogs and have them walk with us too.

A Vanishing Act

The Awesome James from Performics sent me a bunch of stuff to review, and I had tons of fun performing my own little quality testing.  Vanish proved to be a kick-arse Stain Remover.  Not only does it remove Tea, Coffee and Blood stains, but I blasted that sucker with curry and spicy salsa also.

I was completely amazed that all the stains came out, even after nearly two days in my manky washing basket.

I'm converted, and a newbie Vanish user...and you can use it to wash yer carpets.

Mexican Theme Dinner

Fiesta Time.  Aaaarriba

Our monthly theme dinner with friends happened over the weekend and we had a blast.

Dressed up as Bandits and Senoritas, we did tequila shots the old-fashioned way, we ate stuffed Jalapenos we listened to salsa music and enjoyed my homemade Margarita Cupcakes.

The girls even put on a trampoline by music show for us so we even had entertainment.

I brilliant day spent with kick-ass friends who I love very dearly.
