I still think this post of mine I wrote a couple of years ago is true to boot and its fucking hysterical (if I do say so myself).
I thought I'd try stay positive but its gonna take until February to thaw out my nipples stand, Plonkers!
So to cheer myself up, I thought I'd share my only good things about winter.

I love black polo neck sweaters too. The biker boots are fantastic, and I do have some similar ones, but yours are MUCH nicer.
My all time fave garb for these vile UK winters is my goosedown puffa jacket. Warm as toast even when its 16 below. I have some down filled gloves as well :-)

Those socks DO NOT look comfortable.
I've decided my fav seasons are 1: spring, 2:autumn, 3:summer and then 4:winter because I don't like extremes of weather and I like the crisp freshness of spring and autumn sunshine. I have just finished an Aran jumper that I started and put way for about 3 years for various reasons. It's not my fav, but I'm pleased with it. :O)
This winter crap sucks. where the hell is summer
It hit 100 here yesterday for the first time this summer. It won't get back below 80 until December. So no summer is not always loved by all.

I'm with you. I hate the cold. I live in the desert and I'm angry that we haven't broken 100 yet this year. It's been awfully damn mild.

I actually like that the parks are deserted. The fam used to go out in heavy coats and have a picnic on a table in a park with nobody around! W.C.C.
Hey hey, I LOVE winter, my favourite winter atire is a 5/4mm wetsuit and booties!!! Winter is when the swell hits our coast and then surfing is where I would rather be...
Interestingly enough if the water is 12 or 13 degrees, it is often warmer than the air outside, so not so bad really...
My boots, my cupcake beanie, my soft leather gloves, my collection of scarves and knee-high stockings!
